Weds 26th February, 9.30am - Leadership Power Up 1 Day Workshop

An interactive workshop led by certified coach and I&D consultant Daniele Fiandaca. Daniele will be providing practical guidance on the importance of allyship, exploring what it means to be an ally, what it takes to be an ally, and what you get from being an ally.

Daniele Fiandaca is founder of Token Man Consulting, an inclusion and diversity consultancy which specialises in engaging senior leaders and men with I&D and inspiring them to become inclusive leaders and agents of change. Clients include BNP Paribas, Channel 4, Colt, Flutter, HSBC, Merlin Entertainments, Monster Energy, Ogilvy and Wavemaker. He is also co-founder of Hard as Nails, a movement to get men painting their nails to open up conversations around masculinity and mental health. He is also an executive coach, author and agent of change - he was recently named one of the Top 50 Trailblazers in Gender Equality in the UK.
