Our Story

Founded in 2020 by the unstoppable Joanne Webb, The Girls Club started as a lifeline during lockdown and has since exploded into a global force of c. 3000 C-suite and Director-level women from some of the world’s most recognised organisations as well as founders and entrepreneurs looking for genuine connections and a safe space to let their hair down and know that they're not being judged.
