Damn right, that’s worth celebrating! But let’s be real—pioneering is tough, exhausting, and can feel lonely as hell.
We’ve built a global community of 3,200+ women leaders who get it, who’ve got your back, who LAUGH (often wickedly), who LIFT as they climb and LEARN from each other's expertise to help you unleash your potential at home and work.
Changing the game for women leaders takes a whole movement, which is why we’re teaming up with bold women, forward thinking men and game-changing organisations to rewrite the rules and reshape the future.

Brilliant women leaders with immense potential are feeling isolated, undervalued & torn. Well - we’re not standing for it!

It's been proven that women are good for business, and yet...for every 1 woman joining the board, 2 are leaving!

We harness the collective power of our members’ voices to drive change and demand a more equitable society!
We’ve built a global community of 3,200+ women leaders who get the wins, but also the ‘what -am -I doing” and “is-it-just-me?” moments. We’ve got your back—laughing loudly, lifting each other up, and sharing lived experiences so you have the confidence to unleash your potential at work and at home.
We show up, cut through the chaos, call things as they are, support each other fiercely, and get to work making things better for all of us.
Oh, and we don’t just cheerlead from the sidelines. We offer real, practical, power-boosting support that moves the needle:
This is a movement. And we’re building it with bold women, forward-thinking men, and organisations ready to rewrite the rules—not in theory, but in practice.
So… you in?
This community reminds me I’m not doing any of this alone. Whether it’s swapping business tips, venting about teenagers, or laughing until I cry - TGC is where I feel seen, supported, and totally myself.”

It’s my tribe! I have looked long and hard for a group of senior women who trailblaze for women in the workplace whilst also juggling caring responsibilities for children and elderly parents."

This isn’t another polite, nod-along session. I’m Remarkable is bold, energising, and just the right amount of provocative — designed to shake off the post-summer slump and wake you back up to your own potential.
Hosted by Jo Phillips, this high-energy masterclass cuts through self-doubt, challenges the stories holding you back, and invites you to own your voice — fully, unapologetically, and without waiting for permission.
Expect straight-talking insights, real talk, and a room that feels as supportive as it is empowering. You’ll be encouraged, challenged, and reminded — in the best possible way — that playing small was never your plan.
So come as you are. Leave braver.
Because remarkable isn’t a stretch goal — it’s your starting point.

Becoming Your Best: Owning Your Edge with Confidence
What does it really take to perform at your best when confidence wobbles, the ground shifts beneath you, and no one can tell you what the next chapter should look like?
Drawing from her journey to Olympic gold — and now stepping back into the world of professional sailing in an entirely new arena — Sarah shares a refreshingly honest take on confidence, reinvention and the courage to trust yourself before you feel fully ready.
This is not a polished “perfect leader” story. It’s a conversation about the moments that test you: imposter syndrome at the highest level, walking into rooms where you feel out of place, starting again when people expect you to already have the answers, and learning that growth only happens when you stop clinging to comfort.
With warmth, humour and hard-earned insight, Sarah challenges leaders to stop shrinking themselves to fit someone else’s mould — and instead recognise the qualities, experience and instincts that already make them exceptional.
Because your edge isn’t something you need to find. It’s something you need to own. Through powerful stories of pressure, performance and personal growth, this session invites senior female leaders to hold up the mirror, back themselves more boldly, and lead with greater confidence, clarity and authenticity.

A leading British mountaineer, certified paragliding pilot and adventure athlete, Adriana Brownlee is the youngest woman to have climbed the world’s second-highest — and arguably most notorious — peak, K2, and the youngest woman to complete all 14 of the world’s 8,000-metre peaks.
Throughout her career, Adriana has led herself — and others — through environments where every decision can mean survival or failure.
In this powerful keynote, she takes TGC members inside the Death Zone: the most hostile place on earth, where the body is slowly shutting down and clear thinking is hardest to maintain. Through raw, honest storytelling, Adriana shares moments of fear, resilience and resolve — including near-death experiences, setbacks, and the highs and lows of her mountaineering journey — alongside the discipline required to keep moving forward when turning back feels impossible.
