Welcome to The Girls Club

Did you know we’re the first generation of women to smash the glass ceiling? Damn right, that’s worth celebrating! But let’s be real—pioneering is tough. It’s a grind, it’s exhausting, and yeah, it can feel lonely as hell.

But here’s the thing—you are NOT alone. We’ve built a global community of 3,000+ women leaders who get it, who’ve got your back, who LAUGH (often wickedly), who LIFT as they climb and LEARN from each other's expertise to help you unleash your potential at home and work.

At The Girls Club, we don’t sit around complaining about how hard it is—we already know that. Instead, we show up, laugh through the chaos, support each other, and get to work making things better for all of us.

And we’re not doing it alone. Changing the game for women leaders takes a whole movement, which is why we’re teaming up with bold women, forward thinking men and game-changing organisations—at home, at work, and everywhere in between—to rewrite the rules and reshape the future.

So, you in?

Brilliant women leaders with immense potential are feeling ISOLATED, UNDERVALUED & TORN.

Well—we’re not standing for it!

Empowering and celebrating

We know first hand how tough it can be. You’re juggling a demanding role, office politics, balancing 'sandwich years' pressure at home, and just for fun—let’s throw in changing hormones. It’s the perfect storm.

So whether it’s a coffee with a friendly face, a safe space to vent with like-minded leaders, a buzzing cocktail night, or an expert-led masterclass - we’re here to step up and show up for you.

At The Girls Club, we’ve built more than just a network—we’ve created a safe haven where women can speak their truth, regain confidence, and unleash their potential at home and work.

Join our global community of 3,000+ members, and together, we’ll laugh, lift, and learn.

Quote 1: It's a safe place filled with amazing women who are not afraid to be real & are only interested lifting each other up. Donna, Amsterdam. Quote 2: This community is such a positive force and the various sessions have really kept my spirits and confidence up throughout. Thank you. Liza, California. Quote 3: I love the way everyone leaves egos and job titles at the door, we all know we are senior or we wouldn't be here, but we have so much more in common than our role. Amanda, London.

It's been proven that women are good for business, and yet

...for every 1 woman joining the board, 2 are leaving!

Equality and boosting business

We refuse to stand by while senior women walk away from the roles they love due to a lack of support.

We’re here to change that. We’re here to drive progress, fuel business success, and create a better future for women, men, and the economy as a whole.

And when we say we’re here to change the game, we mean it. Our consulting services help businesses understand, build, and sustain truly equitable workplaces—so they don’t just attract top talent, they keep it.

We don't whisper, we roar!

Resetting cultural expectations

We harness the collective power of our members’ voices to drive change and demand a more equitable society—because the time for action is now.

Last year, our TGC Insight survey exposed some hard-hitting truths about the reality of being a female leader. This year, we’re taking it even further—bringing the results of our 2025 survey to the table and turning insights into impact.

Our goal? To work with media, partners, and organisations to spark conversations, raise awareness, and drive real solutions for a better, more inclusive workplace for all.

Join us for an exclusive breakfast briefing in Central London on 5th March, featuring special guests Dr. Donna de Haan and Male Ally UK’s Lee Chambers, as we kick off the lead-up to International Women’s Day 2025.
